Dill

Usage: Make home-made pickles! Flavor a summer egg or potato salad. Add dill to the cooking water when boiling potatoes.

Storage: Mist with a thin layer of water. Hold your hand under the sink or hose stream and let dill collect the mist. Wrap loosely in a tea towel and place in the refrigerator. Dill wilts fast, but this does not affect the flavor. Use within one week.
